We are excited to finally announce the commencement of our rebuilding project at Prime Marina Miami. The marina took a massive blow from Hurricane Irma, wiping out all of our utilities and compromising the structural integrity of the piers. We have assembled the best of the best in Kearns Construction to lead the demolition and structural rebuilding.

The marina will have a new state of the art “U-Shaped” slab which will structurally be able to protect our utilities from storm surges in the future. Demolition began on November 1st and should be completed by the end of 2017. Stay tuned for more updates and pictures of our construction.
