Mark Poor is our Director of Restaurant operations, responsible for overseeing all dining venues in our marinas, with a focus on consistently well-prepared offerings and an emphasis on the total customer dining experience.

With exposure to all aspects of restaurant operations, Mr. Poor brings 30 years of restaurant experience with The Cheesecake Factory, Specialty Restaurants “Rusty Pelican” remodel and re-opening, as well as a multi-unit role with Rosa Mexicano throughout its corporate restructuring.
